In the field of offshore oil and gas exploration and production, HYDR-STAR offers high-cleanliness hydraulic control units for the installation or maintenance of subsea production trees; high-cleanliness hydraulic control and testing equipment for the manufacture of subsea equipment; high-flow hydraulic flushing and pressure-testing equipment; and high-pressure pipe and valve components.
Hydraulic Test System
• This equipment is primarily used for oil/gas production trees, casing heads, valves, and blowout preventers.
• Pressure testing of wellhead equipment such as manifolds and packers, as well as well control equipment and downhole tools.
• The box-type structure can be widely used in production workshops and laboratories.
Pneumatic Test System
• This equipment is designed in accordance with API standards and the national oil and gas industry’s requirements for air-tightness testing and inspection of wellhead and well-control equipment. It can perform factory inspections and functional tests on products such as drilling blowout preventers, production and gas gathering trees, and choke and kill manifolds.
Wellhead Safety Control System
Wellhead Control Panel:
This device is widely used for controlling surface and downhole safety valves in oil and gas wells, providing safety protection for unmanned oil and gas wells.
• Has the function of opening and closing the safety valve; (open or close)
• Equipped with an emergency wellhead fire shut-off protection function (fusible plug fire protection);
• Features local ESD shutdown protection; (local ESD function)
• Equipped with automatic well-shut-in protection functions for abnormal production pipeline pressure, including overpressure and underpressure conditions; (mechanical high- and low-pressure sensors or electronic pressure transmitters and pressure switches).
• Equipped with remote ESD functionality; emergency shutdown protection for the DCS system in the control room (remote ESD, RTU remote monitoring and control capabilities);
• The on-site natural gas concentration has exceeded the dangerous threshold, triggering an automatic alarm and initiating an emergency well shut-in for protection.
