Description
HYDR-STAR offers three series of relief valves as RV-06& RV-15.They are all springloaded relief valves. When the system pressure is higher than the set pressure, the reliefvalve spool will crack and the valve will exhaust until the system pressure is lower thanthe set pressure and the valve will reseal.Tuming the set screw or set nut clockwise willincrease the set pressure of relief valve. Turning the set screw or set nutcounterclockwise will decrease the set pressure of relief valve. Once the exact pressurerelief setting required is achieved, the lock nut should be tightened to maintain theappropriate setting.
