HYDR-STAR's coning tools are specially designed for medium pressure or high pressure tubes . They are applicable for processing an outward cone onto high pressure tubing end. Spring loaded design for better quality of the cone . The cutter of the tool is replaceable . If it is worn out, we can easily replace it with a new one .
HYDR-STAR’s threading tools are specially designed for high pressure tubes . They are applicable for processing a left-hand thread onto high pressure tubing ends . The threading tool consists of tool body, handles, screws, guide bushing and die . The die and the guide bushing can be removed and replaced. If the die or the guide bushing is worn out, we can easily replace it with a new one .
HYDR - STAR's reseating tools are specially designed for medium pressure or high pressure female connections . The tools can be used to repair the inner cones of medium pressure or high pressure female connections manually. The tool taper is 60 degrees . Spring loaded design for better quality of internal cone.
Tube is sold in a 10 ft unit Using stainless steel 316 cold material for excellent corrosion resistant. Working temperature ranges from -423°F (-252°C) to 1200°F (649°C).
